Make Organizational Health a Priority in 2021
Organizational Health

Dear friends,

The year 2020 was remarkable and inspiring; a true display of community, resilience, and the power of the human spirit. It allowed us to get back to basics, work from the inside out, and test new, creative ideas.

As we move into 2021, I believe that organizational health must be the #1 priority for every nonprofit. Why?

Over the years, the Cramer Team has worked with hundreds of nonprofits, and there’s a common thread among the most successful organizations: they collaborate effectively, innovate, rally around a common mission, and respect one another.

These are the characteristics of a nonprofit that is committed to developing organizational health, and I believe it has a direct link to a nonprofit’s ability to fundraise.

As organizations learned to pivot throughout 2020, the greatest gift that emerged was that nonprofit leaders were forced to come together and fulfill their missions in new, creative ways.

Teams went from working alongside one another in offices to operating in an entirely virtual space. They rapidly became alchemists, designing next practices overnight, taking bigger risks, and breaking down silos to drive positive momentum.

Our Cramer Team is no exception. We quickly got to work developing and leading organizations through a Pivot Plan™. Unlike a strategic plan, the Pivot Plan™ is a swift strike designed to be executed in 7 days, positioning organizations toward the future.

Our team’s focus moving into the new year will continue to be organizational health. Through an intense training with Patrick Lencioni, a leader of organizational health, the Cramer Team will learn innovative next practices to strengthen your team.

You’ll not only be able to raise more money, but create an environment where employees love coming to work, value one another, and communicate and innovate better than ever before.

Don’t miss the opportunity to help your organization develop a ‘clear-is-kind’ message, increase courageous optimism, and unleash your staff on a path to achieve greater outcomes.

We look forward to working with you in 2021 and strengthening the philanthropic sector together!

Wishing you a safe, healthy, and prosperous new year,

Michelle Cramer
