Michelle Cramer, CEO & president of Cramer & Associates, was recently featured in Columbus CEO for her service as a host committee member to help bring G.I.R.L. 2017, the Girl Scouts’ triennial national conference to Columbus.
On October 6-8, 15,000 girl and adult members will visit Columbus for the meeting, participating in leadership building activities and sessions. Today, Girl Scouts is 105 years old and is proud to build girls of courage, confidence, and character. Cramer is honored to serve on the event’s host committee.
Along with Ohio First Lady Karen Kasich and 25 other business and community leaders, Cramer shared her leadership perspective with Columbus CEO and will share their traits when everyone arrives in Central Ohio. The traits that are represented for these dynamic leaders are the following: Go-Getter, Innovator, Risk-Taker, and Leader.
Cramer, recently featured under the character trait Leader in the magazine, has been raising money for worthy causes since she was 8 years old—that’s when she organized and led a fundraiser after a classmate’s home burned to the ground.
This resulted to her passionately leading her own philanthropic firm for 25 years and partnering with nonprofits and helping them achieve results. With a range of partners serving in a variety of realms – arts, medical, youth, human services, spiritual, libraries, environmental, education to name a few, the Cramer team knows that the work they do directly impacts the lives of others.
Cramer’s responsibility serving on the G.I.R.L. 2017 host committee includes welcoming visitors, sitting on panels, leading discussions, and promoting Girl Scouts and Columbus to attendees.
