Maddy Andrews

Client Services Manager

“Through my work at Cramer, I am privileged to see the incredible impact of trusting relationships, intentional collaboration, and authentic connection. All of these are common traits among our community’s nonprofit organizations. Every day I am amazed by the resiliency of our philanthropic partners and inspired by their energy.”

Maddy Andrews supports our philanthropic partners with attention to detail, organization skills, enthusiastic leadership, and creativity. Her passion for service and generous spirit make her an asset to the Cramer team.

As Client Services Manager, Maddy works directly with our partners to keep projects on-track for success. She specializes in coordinating teams and breaking big endeavors down into manageable tasks. With her can-do attitude, feasibility studies and campaigns become enjoyable opportunities for growth. Maddy’s knack for designing case for support documents is apparent through her work with the Licking County Humane Society and the Behavioral Healthcare Partners. Prior to joining the Cramer team full-time, Maddy interned with us during summer and holiday breaks, working closely with Michelle, Mike, and Dawn to learn about the incredible philanthropic sector.

Maddy received her BA in elementary education at the University of Kentucky. During her time at UK, she held several leadership roles within her sorority. Most notably, she served on the Executive Committee as the Director of Primary Recruitment. In this role, Maddy restructured, planned, managed, and executed the primary recruitment cycle for her chapter of nearly 300 women. Her efforts resulted in the strongest recruitment retention statistics on campus and in her chapter’s history. Because of her hard work, her chapter won the Outstanding Chapter Growth Award and the Alpha Delta Pi Golden Lion Award. Maddy has a passion for elevating young female leaders, which she did as the Sisterhood Program Specialist.

Maddy is a lifelong resident of Dublin, Ohio. In her free time, Maddy enjoys exploring local restaurants with her friends and family, reading, spending her Saturdays at the Dublin Market, volunteering with youth, and going on walks with her dog, Tucker.
