"I wholeheartedly believe that fundraising starts with people. It grows through trust, shared purpose, and the relationships we build along the way. I’m inspired every day by the nonprofit leaders we serve and honored to help bring their dreams to life."

Maddy Horvath, CFRE, believes the most successful fundraising efforts begin with strong relationships and a clear strategic vision. Known for her ability to bring people together around bold goals, Maddy combines thoughtful strategy, curiosity, and collaborative leadership to help nonprofit organizations translate vision into meaningful impact. Her work is grounded in trust, partnership, and a deep commitment to the missions of the organizations she serves.

As a Senior Consultant at Cramer & Associates, Maddy guides organizations through every stage of a campaign, from campaign planning and strategy development, to campaign execution and stewardship. She leads in-depth feasibility studies that surface key insights, identify leadership opportunities, and shape tailored fundraising strategies designed to position organizations for long-term success. Clients value her ability to keep campaigns focused, strategic, and moving forward with confidence.

Maddy has helped lead transformational fundraising initiatives across Ohio and the region, including the Dublin Food Pantry’s first capital campaign and Habitat for Humanity MidOhio’s Licking County campaign. She recently completed feasibility studies for the Lexington Children’s Museum and the Boys & Girls Club of Dayton, both of which are now in campaign mode under her continued leadership. Her work spans both rural and urban communities, helping organizations unite donors, volunteers, and stakeholders around a shared vision for the future.

Drawing on her background in Elementary Education, Maddy has a unique ability to simplify complex processes and translate ambitious initiatives into clear, actionable strategies. She is particularly skilled at equipping nonprofit leaders, boards, and volunteers with the confidence and tools they need to engage donors and build sustainable fundraising programs.

In addition to her capital campaign expertise, Maddy supports clients through Development Planning Counsel, crafting tailored fundraising strategies that strengthen operations and amplify annual fundraising results. Her recent planning work includes supporting organizations like the Family Resource Center and Columbus Council on World Affairs, aligning mission, messaging, and donor engagement to drive lasting impact. She also brings a creative lens to campaign messaging and collateral development, designing materials that inspire confidence and generosity in donors.

A lifelong resident of Central Ohio, Maddy is deeply committed to her community. She is a member of the Dublin A.M. Rotary Club and served on the fundraising committee for the 2023 Dublin City Schools Levy Committee. She currently serves on the board of the Dublin Education Foundation and is a proud graduate of Leadership Dublin, Class of 2025.

Maddy holds a BA in Elementary Education from the University of Kentucky and, in September 2024, became the youngest philanthropic professional to earn her CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive) credential. She also holds a certification in Nonprofit Board Education from BoardSource.

Outside of work, Maddy enjoys cooking with her husband, Clay, spending time with family and friends, reading, volunteering with youth, and enjoying the outdoors with their dog, Tucker.
