As an integral part of Team Cramer, Lexi is dedicated to developing systems that not only streamline operations but also elevate the support we provide, providing our nonprofit partners with the strategies and processes to bring their visions to life.

Passionate about collaborating with nonprofit leaders, Lexi works closely with our partners to craft and implement strategic solutions to maximize their fundraising efforts. Her commitment to helping nonprofits thrive is at the heart of everything she does, ensuring that every step of the journey, from feasibility studies to full-scale campaigns, is executed with care and precision. 

Before joining Cramer and Associates, Lexi served as an Analyst on the Investment Sales Team at Walker & Dunlop, where she led underwriting and assisted in the execution of over $1.2 billion in multifamily commerical real estate. 

Lexi holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business. Her passion for the nonprofit sector shines through in every project she takes on, as she continues to help organizations unlock their full potential. A lifelong resident of Dublin, Ohio, Lexi enjoys spending time with her family, going on walks with her dog, Winston, skiing, and playing pickleball in her free time.
