Ava Meiner brings a passion for strategic communication, creative storytelling, and brand development to Team Cramer. As Marketing & Communications Manager, she plays an integral role in strengthening the firm’s brand presence, elevating its thought leadership, and developing communications that connect Cramer with nonprofit professionals and the broader philanthropic community.

Since joining Cramer & Associates in September 2025, Ava has helped advance the firm’s marketing and communications efforts through digital strategy, content development, email marketing, and brand initiatives. She manages the firm’s social media presence, develops engaging content that highlights Cramer’s expertise, and leads communications efforts that strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement. 

Before joining Team Cramer, Ava gained valuable experience in corporate communications, field marketing, and brand engagement with Coca-Cola. As a Campus Brand Ambassador, she executed 32 events reaching more than 17,000 people and generated over 85,000 social media impressions. Her experience in brand ambassadorship and social media marketing further strengthened her ability to develop messaging that engages audiences, builds relationships, and supports organizational goals.

A proud graduate of The Ohio State University with a B.A. in Communications and a specialization in Strategic Communications, Ava is passionate about the intersection of marketing and philanthropy and the role effective communication plays in advancing nonprofit missions. A Dublin, Ohio resident, she enjoys staying involved in the Central Ohio community through professional organizations, including serving on the Awards Committee for Public Relations Society of America (PRSA)’s Central Ohio Chapter, Columbus Young Professionals, and the Leadership Dublin Class of 2027. She is also passionate about giving back through her volunteer work with Girls on the Run Central Ohio and The Mantle, the youth group at St. Brigid of Kildare Parish.
