Angie’s expertise encompasses the full spectrum of development work, from planned giving and annual campaigns to major gifts, grant writing, government funding advocacy, and memorable special events. She possesses a unique ability to see beyond transactions to the deeper relationships that fuel lasting philanthropic partnerships.
Her track record speaks to both her strategic acumen and her inspirational leadership. Angie has successfully guided three capital campaigns to completion, including a remarkable $42 million effort that brought to life the world’s largest Ronald McDonald House in Columbus, Ohio. Throughout her career, she has worked alongside boards, executive leaders, and community stakeholders to build sustainable funding pipelines that not only meet goals but also exceed them, while strengthening the fabric of organizational culture.

She has secured transformational support from individuals, foundations, corporations, and governmental agencies, always ensuring that these partnerships serve the long-term growth and resilience of the organizations she serves. Her work during challenging times, including the global pandemic, demonstrates her adaptability and her deep understanding that even in uncertainty, generosity flourishes when nurtured with care and creativity.
Most recently serving as Chief Development Officer at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio, Angie increased fundraising revenue by double-digit percentages through targeted donor engagement and secured more than 20 planned giving commitments totaling $2 million in realized gifts.
Angie holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership and dual bachelor’s degrees in Business Management and Human Resources from The University of Findlay. She has furthered her expertise through specialized training at the IUPUI Lilly School of Philanthropy. She has also served in leadership roles with the Association of Fundraising Professionals and Grant Professionals Association of Central Ohio.
