As Executive Assistant & Office Manager, Sana has a huge impact on the culture at Cramer. By managing operational procedures and organizing tasks for maximum efficiency, she creates an environment where the focus is on our partners. With her support, our consultants are able to innovate, accomplish, and achieve more for the nonprofits we serve.
Sana is dedicated to living out her values at work, including accountability, humility, and gratitude. Throughout her career, she has earned the trust of employers and colleagues by constantly gaining new proficiencies and taking on additional responsibilities. At Pure Service Pharmacy, she managed and administered HR processes for 150 employees, including recruitment, interviews, and onboarding of new team members. In her most recent role at development and property management firm Steiner + Associates, she not only assisted seven top executives, but she also managed remodeling projects, acting as a liaison between the company, its tenants, and its contractors.
Sana is a lifelong learner who is proud of what she has accomplished on her non-traditional educational path. She is currently finishing her Business degree with Human Resources concentration through DeVry University, and she is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Faith, family, and community are at the center of Sana’s life. She is active in her church’s women’s groups, and she loves spending time with her four children and her grandchild. She currently serves on the board of The Furniture Bank of Central Ohio, and she is a steering committee member and volunteer for Move to Prosper.
