History

Bringing together a veteran team of energetic, dedicated professionals who share her passion for developing innovative, progressive strategies and fundraising campaigns, Michelle Cramer has been an innovator in the ever-changing philanthropic landscape since 1987, when she co-founded Hodge, Cramer & Associates. Over a period of more than 20 years, she grew the venture into a nationally recognized fundraising consulting firm, which changed its name to Cramer & Associates in 2009. The firms’ portfolio of successful capital campaigns includes Direction for Youth and Families, The Ohio State University, Franklin Park Conservatory, St. Vincent Family Center, Trinity Episcopal Church, Dayton Masonic Center and Miami Valley Boy Scout Council.
